WordPress has more plugins then Joan River’s plastic surgerys lol. It’s easy to find them. Go to your plugin screen and use the search feature. I look for plugins with several stars. I also google them to see if there’s any comments on issues with them. You have to be careful activating them as I’ve blown up blogs by chosing one with errors.
What I do in WordPress is to open the blog I’m working on in two seperate windows. I use one to activate and then refresh the other to see if it works. If it does, you’re done. If it crashes your site, go to the open window with the plugin screen and deactivate it immediately. Now refresh the other screen and you should be back to normal. This process has saved me from having to start from scratch when a bad plugin is activated. I rebuilt 3 times before I figured this out 🙂
